Yoga positions are natural for kids at all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I pointed out at the beginning, it is extremely important that every kid does the exercise carefully and thoughtfully. I highly recommend exercises under the supervision of trained and licensed instructors of yoga keeping an eye on a kid and on a kids\u2019s medical condition. Before taking exercises you have to check your kid\u02c8s condition with your paediatrician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comfort and well-being is the main at welfare of the yoga practice of the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>How Does Yoga Help Children?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga for children is a unique concept developed by different knowledges and it is a mixture of child\u2019s development, movement techniques and yoga asanas \u2013 yoga postures. In the workshops of Yoga 4 Kids, kids  get in touch with different asanas, massage techniques and also with correct and safety movement techniques for good posture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benefits of yoga for children: an improved digestion, a better immune system, a better and deeper sleep and a more positive view of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>How Often is Yoga Performed?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>If possible, it is recommended to practice yoga every day before kindergarten or school. Otherwise, the optimum is at least twice to three times a week for the body to be cleaned, exercised and relaxed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Which Group of Children is Yoga Suitable for?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga is an exercise recommended for kids at all ages. Exercises are adapted to the child\u2019s health status and needs. Then it is necessary that a child with different health problems carries out exercises more carefully and avoids excessive exertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Yoga Practice<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Practising yoga is usually done in order, i.e. starting with chanting respectively or singing mantras. After that it is time for massage. Then a set of asanas working best for your child is chosen. After performing asanas, relaxation is needed for the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asanas should be regularly performed. The health of child\u2019s condition should be watched out.
