I was very grateful for the invitations to the project known The Famous are cooking to present one of my healthy recipes. As you have probably already known, I really like to cook and try new recipes in the kitchen. I love to bake, cook and create together with my amazing children. We like to play with food decoration, decorating plates for holidays or just preparing food for birthdays, parties and other events.
For this kind of an invitation and a presentation, I have chosen a recipe for tasty and healthy gluten-free apple muffins.
For apple gluten-free muffins, you need:
- 1.5 buckwheat flour (approximately 135 g)
- 1 sugar pot (approx 150 g)
- 0.5 oil (approx. 1 dl)
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder (1 bag)
- 2 grated apples
- 0.2 dl of apple juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
You also need:
- bakeware muffin tray (12 cups)
- muffin papers (optional)
- mixer
- grater
- oven
